Where we deliver

We currently offer delivery to Malta only.

Shipping options and cost

Standard delivery is free (€0) for orders delivered within Malta. We do not currently offer an Express delivery option.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery is estimated to take 5–7 business days after dispatch. This is in addition to the order processing time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation. Where tracking is available, the confirmation will include tracking information.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at thehoundestate@outlook.com. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact thehoundestate@outlook.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged items, include photos if possible. We will investigate and help arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Please refer to our refund policy for return instructions and information about return postage. Our business contact address is not the parcel return address.
